The Live Support allows you to get realtime OSK188 Technical Support from our support staffs on matters relating to :

  • OSK188 General Enquiry
  • OSK188 Subscriptions
  • OSK188 Payments
  • 188OMS
  • 188Mobile
NOTE : For online trading related matters such as account opening status, reset login password or reset trading pin (Account Locked), please contact your respective branch.

Our Call Support is available from : 
24hs Mondays to Fridays & 
12:00am ~ 5am on Saturdays

1. Go to

Login to the OSK188Service Center with your registered Email and Password.

3. Click on the Live Support icon to initiate a chat.
The icon indicates whether a support staff is ONLINE (available) or OFFLINE (unavailable).
This shows that staff is available.
This shows that staff is unavailable.
4. When Live Support is ONLINE, select a department in which your enquiry best fits, and click Submit.

5. A message as below will appear while waiting for the staff to attend to your queries.

6. This indicates that a staff has started a conversation with you.  You may now start your enquiry.

7. When Live Support is OFFLINE, the window below will be displayed.  Please leave a message and our support staff will get back to you.
