Error Message 1: "Sorry, your connection or session may have timed out. Please login again."
Solution You are required to enable Javascript, pop-up blocker and accept cookies from your mobile telephone. Below are the steps for iPhone and Android users:
iPhone
Go to Settings
Choose Safari
Select "On" accordingly
Android Phone
Go to a browser or internet and select More :
Select Settings
Select "Block Pop-up Windows"
Scroll down further to ‘Enable enable Javascript’ and ‘Accept cookies’.
