Login to Service Center.
Next, click on Submit a Ticket Widget. Below is the action Figure.
3. Choose the nesessary department and click next. Below is the action Figure.
4. Choose the priority of the ticket either low, medium or high.
5. Fill in the required information and type the issues that need clarification.
6. Attach necessary files if needed.
7. Finally, click the submit button, the ticket will be submitted. Below is the action Figure.
8. Then you will receive a notification that the ticket has been successfully submited to the Staff Service Center.
9. All the information and the ticket id will be displayed.
10. You will be able to view all the ticket history in the View Ticket Widget. Below is the action Figure.
